Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Lima, NY, is seeking a dedicated and personable Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000, plus profit-sharing opportunities and full benefits, including 401K, PTO, malpractice coverage, and continuing education reimbursement.
The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days) and a half day on Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off. The ideal candidate will manage approximately 200 patient visits per week within a collaborative, wellness-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations, exams, and X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Creating and communicating financial and care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and decompression therapy
- Guiding patients through exercise and rehab programs (including app-based recommendations)
- Offering lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness education
- Participating in professional development and training
The clinic operates with a shared-patient care model that emphasizes teamwork and continuity of care. While prior experience is valuable, new graduates are welcome and will receive structured onboarding and mentorship.
