Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Peoria, AZ, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its dedicated team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000 – $100,000, with bonus opportunities available after the first year. The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, with a schedule of full days on Monday and Wednesday, half days on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and Sundays off. Expected patient volume is 150–200 adjustments per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and examinations
- Take X-rays and review diagnostic findings
- Present Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Create financial care plans and guide patients through decisions
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Gonstead, ArthroStim, Drops, Manual)
- Conduct re-exams and recommend ongoing care
- Provide therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Offer nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participate in marketing activities, including patient education workshops, spinal screenings, corporate talks, and community networking
- Engage in ongoing training, seminars, and team meetings for professional development
Associates are supported in their professional growth through ongoing training, seminars, and team meetings. Candidates should have at least one year of clinical experience and must hold or obtain an Arizona chiropractic license.
