Job Description & Requirements
A respected and growing chiropractic clinic in Medora, ND, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its patient-focused team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000–$110,000, with additional bonus and commission opportunities. Housing support is available and can be included in the compensation package if needed.
The associate will work Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays during the summer months and Sundays off. Weekly adjusting volume is expected to range from 80–100 patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations (no wellness plans, no X-rays)
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments using diversified techniques (manual, activator, drops, soft tissue/ART/Graston; Webster preferred but not required)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Providing therapy, rehab, nutritional guidance, and supplementation support
- Engaging in professional development through seminars and trainings
- Supporting marketing activities such as patient education, workshops, internal referrals, and community outreach
Qualifications:
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in North Dakota
- Strong adjusting and patient care skills with a whole-person approach
- Open to new graduates; mentorship and training are available
- Functional medicine or dry needling experience a plus (but not required)
This role offers the opportunity for long-term growth, with a potential path to equity partnership after six months or more.
