Job Description & Requirements
A respected and established chiropractic clinic in Rocklin, CA, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000, plus monthly bonuses after 90 days, along with benefits including a health insurance stipend, PTO, and malpractice coverage.
The associate will work 31–40 hours per week with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (full days) and Tuesday, Friday (half days), with weekends off. Patient volume averages 150–200 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and recommending care and financial plans
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments (primarily manual, diversified, and CBP techniques)
- Performing re-exams, ongoing care, exercise instruction, and nutritional/supplement guidance
- Participating in professional development and training through seminars
Qualifications:
- Active California chiropractic license (or eligibility)
- Proficiency in manual adjusting required
- Motivated and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Interest in long-term growth within a collaborative, multi-doctor practice
