Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Madisonville, KY, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000–$120,000, with bonus and incentive opportunities based on patient volume. Benefits include Simple IRA, PTO, malpractice insurance coverage, and continuing education support.
The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days, with a half day on Wednesday) and enjoy weekends off. Patient volume expectations range from 150 to 200 adjustments per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
- Present Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Develop financial and care plans for patients
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and therapies
- Perform re-exams and recommend ongoing care
- Instruct patients in exercise, rehab, nutrition, and supplementation
- Participate in team trainings, professional development, and seminars
- Support practice growth through internal education, workshops, referrals, social media, and external outreach, such as spinal screenings and corporate talks
