Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Mountain View, AR, is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $96,000–$100,000, plus profit-sharing opportunities. A relocation bonus is also available.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and Friday mornings, with weekends off. Patient volume is expected to range from 100–150 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and Reports of Findings.
- Recommending and managing individualized care plans, including financial planning.
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments and providing ongoing care, including re-exams.
- Offering therapy, rehab, decompression, neuropathy care, and wellness lifestyle education.
- Providing patient education, internal workshops, and supporting referral-driven growth.
Requirements & Preferences:
- Must hold or be eligible for an Arkansas chiropractic license.
- Open to new graduates—training and mentorship provided.
- Interest in acupuncture is a plus—the clinic will support certification.
- Strong adjusting skills and a passion for family, pain relief, and individualized care.
