Job Description & Requirements
A respected, integrated chiropractic and medical clinic in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its thriving team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 to $110,000, with bonus and commission incentives, and profit-sharing potential down the line. Benefits include health insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, Simple IRA, and CE reimbursement.
The associate will work 31–40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday (full day), Tuesday (half day), Wednesday (full day), Thursday (full day), and Friday (half day). No weekend shifts required. Patient volume expectations are 150+ adjustments per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and examinations
- Take X-rays and present Reports of Findings with care recommendations
- Create financial plans and guide patients through care decisions
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments using techniques such as diversified, manual, drops, and instrument adjustments
- Conduct re-exams and recommend ongoing care
- Provide therapy, exercise, rehab, decompression, and nutritional/supplementation guidance
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- License in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills
- Comfortable in a collaborative, shared-care team model
- Open to new graduates and long-term career growth
