Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Tumwater, WA is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $80,000, with renegotiation opportunities after the initial six-month trial period. PTO and malpractice coverage are included, with additional benefits such as retirement options available after one year.
The associate will work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, averaging 40 hours per week and serving 100+ patients weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and examinations, present Reports of Findings, and recommend individualized care plans
- Develop financial plans and guide patients through ongoing wellness care
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Drops, Impulse Instrument)
- Perform re-exams, recommend therapy/rehab, provide exercise instruction, and advise on nutrition and supplementation (including low-level laser use)
- Engage in practice-building through workshops, spinal screenings, community talks, and internal/external referrals
- Collaborate within a shared-patient, team-based model and participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
Requirements:
