Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Van Alstyne, TX, is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a salary of $85,000–$100,000, with opportunities for bonuses tied to weekly goals and soft wave sales. The associate will work approximately 21–30 hours per week, with a schedule of full days on Monday and Wednesday, half days on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and weekends off. Patient volume is expected to range between 200–250 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Creating financial plans and guiding patients through care decisions
- Delivering high-quality chiropractic adjustments and conducting re-exams
- Offering therapy/rehab instruction and nutritional/supplementation support
- Engaging in marketing activities such as social media content creation and patient education workshops
- Collaborating in a shared-patient model with other doctors
- Participating in ongoing training, seminars, and professional development
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree with an active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
- High energy, growth-minded, and team-oriented
- Some clinical experience preferred, though mentorship is available
- Proficiency in manual adjusting and the use of ArthroStim is a plus
- Passion for serving families, pediatrics, and prenatal care in a subluxation-based model
