Job Description & Requirements
A thriving and well-respected personal injury and wellness-focused chiropractic clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its dedicated team. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000, plus bonus and commission opportunities, with the potential to earn $150,000 annually for driven, high-performing doctors. The position includes health insurance, PTO, malpractice coverage, and CE reimbursement.
While the current schedule is Monday through Thursday, the practice offers flexibility as long as the Associate fulfills a full-time 40-hour workweek and provides care for 150–200 patient visits per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays.
- Present Reports of Findings, care recommendations, and financial plans.
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments using manual, diversified, arthro-stim, and drop techniques (90% manual).
- Perform re-exams, recommend ongoing care, and provide patient education.
- Collaborate in a shared-patient care model with the clinic director and team.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree and active MN chiropractic license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong adjusting skills and patient communication abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
- New graduates welcome; training and mentorship provided.
