Job Description & Requirements
A well-established, multi-location chiropractic clinic in Maryland is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to support its growing patient base across Glen Burnie and Baltimore. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $110,000, with additional bonus and incentive opportunities. The associate will work five full days per week, two days in Glen Burnie and three days in Baltimore, with no weekend shifts required.
The ideal candidate is an experienced DC who is confident, coachable, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations, exams, X-rays, and Reports of Findings
- Recommending care plans and financial options
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments and therapies (manual, activator, drop, soft tissue/ART/Graston)
- Providing guidance on exercises, nutrition, and rehab
- Supporting marketing efforts including internal events and community education
- Participating in ongoing professional development
A background in Webster technique and dry needling is a plus. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Maryland chiropractic license.
