Job Description & Requirements
A respected and growing chiropractic clinic in Essex Junction, VT, is seeking an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join its dynamic team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, along with benefits including a health insurance stipend and paid time off.
The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week across a 4-day schedule, performing 150 adjustments weekly. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations and examinations, taking X-rays, delivering Reports of Findings, presenting care recommendations and financial plans, and executing chiropractic adjustments. You’ll also perform re-exams, provide exercise and rehab instruction, and support wellness education.
This position is ideal for a chiropractor with a strong clinical foundation and a desire to grow within a team-oriented, high-impact setting. You’ll engage in both internal and external marketing activities including patient education, workshops, spinal screenings, corporate talks, and networking.
