Job Description & Requirements
A respected and growth-focused chiropractic clinic in beautiful Bend, OR, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join their expanding team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $85,000–$110,000, with benefits including 401K, PTO, malpractice insurance, and paid continuing education. The associate will have the opportunity to step into leadership at a brand-new satellite location and help shape the clinic’s future growth.
You’ll adjust approximately 150 patients per week and work Monday through Friday, with the potential for Saturdays depending on clinic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and physical exams
- Take X-rays and deliver Reports of Findings with care recommendations
- Provide manual adjustments (Diversified, Activator, ArthroStim, Drops, Webster)
- Perform re-exams, prescribe exercise/rehab, and advise on nutrition and supplements
- Collaborate in shared patient care with a multi-DC team
- Participate in marketing and patient attraction efforts: internal workshops, spinal screenings, community talks, and social media content
