Job Description & Requirements
A respected and thriving chiropractic clinic in Winooski, VT, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its dynamic team. This full-time opportunity offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000, along with production-based bonuses and benefits including health insurance, PTO, malpractice coverage, a Simple IRA, and continuing education support.
The associate will work full days Monday through Thursday and Friday, with no weekend shifts. Patient volume is expected to reach 90–100 adjustments weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and thorough examinations
- Deliver Report of Findings and care recommendations (no financial plans or X-rays required)
- Perform diversified manual adjustments (preferred), along with drop table, activator, soft tissue (ART/Graston), and instrument techniques
- Provide exercise instruction, wellness lifestyle education, and supportive therapies
- Participate in internal marketing including patient education, workshops, and content creation for social media
- Contribute to a collaborative practice model where each doctor runs their own practice but works together to balance patient loads
- Engage in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
This role is ideal for both experienced chiropractors and recent graduates eager to grow in a supportive environment. Vermont licensure is required (or eligibility to obtain it).
