Job Description & Requirements
A respected and growing chiropractic clinic in Palatka, FL, is seeking a dedicated and driven Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This is a full-time position with a base salary of $100,000, plus bonuses. The role includes working Monday through Thursday (full days) and a half day on Friday, with weekends off.
The Associate Chiropractor can expect to adjust 150–200 patients per week and will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, examinations, X-rays, Reports of Findings, care recommendations, and presenting financial plans. You’ll provide manual diversified adjustments, re-exams, and ongoing care while supporting patients through exercise instruction, therapy, rehab, and lifestyle education. This role requires comfort with instrument adjusting, Palmer package, ArthroStim, drop techniques, and soft tissue therapies.
In addition to clinical duties, you’ll support internal and external marketing efforts including patient education, workshops, spinal screenings, corporate talks, and community outreach. The clinic operates a unique model where each doctor runs their own practice within the larger clinic framework, ideal for someone with a leadership mindset and a long-term vision.
