Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic clinic in Ventura, CA, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Chiropractor to join their growing team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, plus commission-based bonuses.
The associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days) and a half-day on Friday, with weekends off. The expected patient volume is 100–150 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations, exams, and X-rays (radiology certification required within 30–90 days)
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Creating care plans with support from CAs for financial arrangements
- Delivering adjustments and active/passive therapy
- Conducting re-exams, ongoing care recommendations, and exercise instruction
- Educating patients on wellness and lifestyle practices
- Participating in professional development, seminars, and ongoing training
Marketing responsibilities include internal education, workshops, and referrals, as well as external outreach such as spinal screenings, corporate and community talks, and networking. The ideal candidate will be confident, collaborative, and eager to build their own patient base within a supportive, team-based environment.
