Job Description & Requirements
A respected and thriving chiropractic clinic in Ooltewah, TN, is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its dynamic team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, with additional bonus and incentive opportunities. The associate will work 35–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with a half-day on Saturday. Sundays are off. Expected patient volume is 150–200 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include conducting patient consultations and examinations, taking X-rays, and delivering compelling Reports of Findings and care plans. You’ll provide chiropractic adjustments, re-exams, and education on exercise, rehab, nutrition, and supplementation. Care is delivered through a collaborative model where doctors share patients and support each other’s success.
Marketing efforts are a vital part of the practice and include patient education, workshops, internal referrals, spinal screenings, corporate and community talks, and local networking. This is a long-term position with strong mentorship, especially for new graduates who are eager to grow. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Tennessee chiropractic license.
