Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in Bartlett, IL, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its high-energy, patient-centered team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $95,000, with quarterly performance bonuses and a relocation bonus is also available.
The associate will work full days Monday through Wednesday and Friday, a half day Thursday, and rotate working 1–2 Saturdays per month. Sundays are off. Expected adjustment volume ranges from 125 to 175 patients per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking X-rays and presenting Reports of Findings with care recommendations
- Creating and reviewing financial plans
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments (80% instrument, 20% manual, using techniques like Diversified and Pro Adjuster)
- Re-examinations and guidance on active and passive therapies
- Educating patients on wellness, rehab, decompression, and lifestyle strategies
The clinic follows a collaborative care model where doctors share patients, and associates are encouraged to participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and professional seminars. Marketing efforts include internal workshops, spinal screenings, corporate talks, and digital engagement. While sales are not a core part of the role, experience with patient conversions is beneficial.
