Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Smithtown & Selden, NY is seeking a dedicated Associate Chiropractor to join its dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonus potential. The work schedule includes full days on Monday and Wednesday, and half days on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Sundays off offering a strong work-life balance. The associate will be adjusting approximately 175 patients per week in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key duties include taking X-rays, performing patient consultations and examinations, conducting Reports of Findings and Recommendations for Care, presenting financial plans, and delivering chiropractic adjustments. The role also involves conducting re-exams, recommending ongoing care, providing therapy and rehab services, offering exercise instruction, and advising on nutrition and supplements. Attendance at professional development seminars is encouraged to support continued growth.
Marketing responsibilities include representing the practice through spinal screenings, community talks, corporate presentations, and networking events to help expand outreach.
