A thriving chiropractic practice in Bismarck, ND is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join their upbeat, family-oriented, and team-driven environment. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000, along with bonus potential based on performance.
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The expected patient volume is between 150 to 180 adjustments per week, providing a fast-paced yet rewarding clinical environment.
Core responsibilities include taking patient X-rays, conducting Reports of Findings, making care recommendations, and performing patient consultations and examinations. The chiropractor will provide regular adjustments, conduct re-examinations, recommend ongoing care, and offer guidance on nutrition and supplements. Active participation in professional development, including attending seminars and training, is encouraged and supported.
Marketing is an important part of the role, with full training and support provided. Internal efforts include patient education, workshops, and internal referral initiatives. External outreach involves spinal screenings, corporate talks, and community networking events. Digital engagement includes content creation and social media participation to help grow the practice’s reach and visibility.
