Job Description & Requirements
A respected and well-established chiropractic clinic in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $80,000, with additional profit-sharing opportunities after the first year. The associate will work Monday through Friday (full days) and a half day on Saturday, with Sundays off. Expected patient volume ranges from 150 to 200 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include patient consultations and examinations, taking X-rays, presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations, and creating financial plans. The associate will provide chiropractic adjustments, conduct re-exams, offer exercise and rehab instruction, and provide guidance on nutrition and supplementation. Doctors work within a collaborative, team-based model that includes shared patient care and access to ongoing professional development through seminars and training.
Marketing activities include PT education, workshops, internal referrals, and external outreach such as spinal screenings, corporate talks, and networking events.
