Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in DeSoto, TX, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 with performance-based bonuses available after the first year. The role provides an excellent work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday schedule and weekends off. The expected patient volume is 200-250 per week.
Key responsibilities include taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings and Recommendations for Care, presenting Financial Plans, conducting patient consultations and examinations, providing chiropractic adjustments, conducting re-examinations, recommending ongoing care, and attending professional development seminars.
Marketing duties involve educating patients through workshops and internal referrals; conducting spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, and networking events; and engaging in digital marketing, including social media and content creation.
