A chiropractic practice in Front Royal, VA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a highly competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonuses, providing an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career. The expected patient volume is between 200 and 240 per week, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment where chiropractors can make a significant impact on patient health and well-being.
The primary duties of this role include performing Reports of Findings and providing Recommendations for Care. Additionally, the chiropractor will be responsible for conducting Patient Consultations and Examinations, assessing patient conditions, and developing tailored treatment plans. Providing Chiropractic Adjustments is a core part of the role, along with conducting Re-examinations to evaluate patient progress and recommending ongoing care plans to ensure optimal recovery and health maintenance. The position also involves therapy and rehab services, guiding patients through effective exercises, and offering expert advice on nutrition and supplements to support overall wellness.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role includes a range of marketing duties designed to expand the practice’s reach and foster strong patient relationships. These duties encompass patient education workshops, encouraging internal referrals, and conducting spinal screenings to raise awareness of chiropractic care. The chiropractor will also participate in outside talks and corporate presentations, networking with the local community and businesses to promote the practice’s services. Another key aspect of the role is managing and creating digital marketing content, including social media engagement, to educate the public and attract new patients through online platforms.
