Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Airway Heights, WA is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join their dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities including path to ownership. Additional benefits include commissions/incentives, Simple IRA, and PTO.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings, making care recommendations, and developing financial plans. You will conduct patient consultations and examinations, deliver chiropractic adjustments, perform re-exams, and recommend ongoing care. Additionally, you will participate in team development by conducting team meetings and training sessions. Marketing duties include patient education through workshops and internal referrals, as well as only occasionally engaging in spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, networking events, and digital marketing through social media and content creation. The doctor has not had to advertise in 15 years due to patient base and location.
You will adjust approximately 150 to 200 patients per week, ensuring a productive yet manageable caseload that allows you to make a significant impact on patient health and well-being.
