Do you want to own a million dollar practice soon? The current owner wants to slow his life and turn the reigns over soon. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation ranging from $95,000 to $100,000 annually. We are looking for the next owner of West Plains Wellness. This position is not your typical associateship where you will be working for someone else your entire career. Within a short period of time, you will own and run your own practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings, making care recommendations, and developing financial plans. You will conduct patient consultations and examinations, deliver chiropractic adjustments, perform re-exams, and recommend ongoing care. Additionally, you will participate in team development by conducting team meetings and training sessions. Marketing duties include patient education through workshops and internal referrals, as well as only occasionally engaging in spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, networking events, and digital marketing through social media and content creation. The doctor has not had to advertise in 15 years due to patient base and location. In other words, you will be trained to own and run this practice.
You will build a practice and adjust approximately 150 to 200 patients per week, ensuring a productive yet manageable caseload that allows you to make a significant impact on patient health and well-being.
