Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Marshfield, WI is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join their dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and collections. Additional benefits include a health insurance stipend, Simple IRA, PTO, malpractice insurance coverage, and paid continuing education.
Responsibilities include performing chiropractic adjustments, recommending ongoing care plans, conducting patient consultations, examinations, and re-exams, as well as providing therapy and rehab services such as exercise instruction. The chiropractor will educate patients on nutrition and supplement recommendations, participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities, and attend seminars to stay current in the field. The role involves adjusting approximately 200 to 300 patients per week.
