Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Lacombe, Alberta is seeking a motivated and passionate Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
The work schedule provides a flexible and negotiable arrangement, including 3 full days, 2 half days (with the other half dedicated to training), and 2-3 hours on Saturday. This allows for a balanced work-life dynamic with the flexibility to adjust your schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing Report of Findings and providing Recommendations for Care. You will conduct thorough Patient Consultations and Examinations, and deliver chiropractic Adjustments to patients. You will also recommend and manage Ongoing Care to support patient progress. Additionally, you will oversee Rehab sessions, conduct regular Team Meetings to ensure smooth operations, and lead Team Training to continuously improve skills and care standards. Staying up-to-date with the latest chiropractic techniques and best practices will be key, so you will participate in Professional Development and attend relevant Seminars.
You will adjust approximately 200 to 250 patients per week, making a significant impact on patient care while maintaining a manageable workload.
