Job Description & Requirements
A practice in Rockford, IL is seeking an Associate Doctor to help with the workload and help grow the practice. The goal is to find someone who would be interested shared ownership of new satellite clinics. In this role, you will be responsible for new patient onboarding, including taking x-rays, exams, consultations, report of findings, and closing care plans. In addition, you will also be providing chiropractic treatment as well as providing exercise instruction and nutrition advice. All training and scripting will be provided.
The ideal candidate has strong philosophical beliefs and education. Must have attention to detail and be proficient with a variety of techniques. We are looking for an individual who is looking for a long-term position and has the desire to grow into an ownership role.
This position provides a competitive salary plus bonuses, paid time off, 401K, malpractice insurance coverage, and support for continuing education.
The practice is open Monday- Saturday and the associate can expect to work 8 shifts. The schedule can be negotiated based on business needs.
