Job Description & Requirements
A well-established practice in Springfield, IL is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their practice to help them grow and help carry some of the workload. Your job responsibilities will include doing new patient onboardings (exam, consultation, report of findings) and adjusting. There are no external marketing requirements or a need to bring your own patients, however, there is a big emphasis on internal referrals. The main adjusting techniques used in the office are diversified, activator and thompson drop. The individual patient volume goal is 250 a week. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, patients also receive therapies such as k- tape, acupuncture, and wobble chairs, however, those are handled by a chiropractic assistant or a different staff member.
This position provides a competitive salary of $90,000 – $100,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include Health Insurance, Simple IRA, Malpractice, and Continuing Education. Enjoy a Monday- Friday schedule with a half shift on Thursday and Fridays.
