Job Description

We are looking for one of the most important members of our amazing team!  

You must be concierge in style, mega-organised and a star communicator.  You will be responsible for greeting clients and creating the energy of the practice.  You must love people and be more on the extroverted side.  You will also be helping with patient care, making appointments and taking payment for services and much more.  You will be looking after an awesome team of Chiropractors. There are approximately 20 hours per week available to begin, you must be available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and Tuesday afternoon. 

You will need to be a quick learner, have good computer skills and be able to multi-task.  Your personal presentation must be of a high standard.  Weekly training will be provided, so be ready to learn and grow both professionally and personally

What you need

●      Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred


Things you should know

Hours are 20 hours per week. Monday to Thursday some morning shifts and some pm shifts. You must have a flexible schedule! 

Pay starts at $20 to $25, depending on qualifications
