Reports to: Clinic Owner/director
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: Salary $18 -$24/hour based on performance.

Summary of Position
We are looking for a part-time, in-office team member with leadership and organizational skills and a willingness and desire to learn, grow and serve in a happy, healing environment with excellent hours. The hours would be 20 – 25 hours per week.
As an administrative assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a warm, fun, family, wellness-focused, family chiropractic office founded in 2014.
We specialize in prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric chiropractic care. We support families and individuals to live the best possible health and potential life without pain or physical discomfort.
Our approach is proactive, collaborative, and based on the holistic philosophy that your body has the capacity to heal itself; we support our patients in achieving their health goals naturally. This position includes working with patients, other team members, and the doctor.

Essential Functions
- Scheduling, multi-tasking, and quick-response abilities
- Supply and manage the environment for a clean, healthy, welcoming space
- Collaboration with the team for smooth, efficient administrative and daily operations of BHC
- Training of new team members
- Essential technology support for the day-to-day operations
Secondary Functions
- Marketing: holiday and birthday card projects, social media calendar, and postings
- Function as part of a healthy team
- Keeping up with communications
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2+ years experience in office administration
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred not required.
Preferred Knowledge and Abilities
- Health-oriented
- Enjoys learning and improving skill sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Apple software, and products
