A growing injury-focused practice in Temple, TX, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers an $85,000-$95,000 salary with an additional bonus opportunity.
This is a five-day-per-week role. Doctors see patients on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with Tuesday or Thursday serving as an administrative day. The remaining day is flexible and may include working from home for administrative responsibilities. The role requires approximately 31–40 hours per week, with an expected volume of 150–200 adjustments per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Providing chiropractic adjustments and conducting re-exams
- Recommending ongoing care
- Providing therapy and rehabilitation
- Incorporating functional medicine into patient care
- Participating in professional development and seminars
- Supporting external marketing through spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, and networking
The practice operates with each doctor running their own practice within the clinic and is looking for a long-term associate. A minimum 2-year commitment is required. Texas licensure is required, and out-of-state candidates will be considered.
