Position: Sales Representative/Case Manager

About the Role
As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping new patients navigate their journey to better health.
You Will:
- Guide patients through their examination process, including X-rays (no license required—training provided)
- Present findings and educate patients on their care options
- Create care plans based on the doctor’s recommendations
- Sell and close care plans to help patients commit to their treatment
- Support the wellness journey and ensure patients feel confident in their care
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience – confident in closing and overcoming objections
- Customer service skills – empathetic, persuasive, and relationship-focused
- Passion for health and wellness – belief in chiropractic care and holistic health
- Detail-oriented & organized – able to structure and present care plans effectively, (we will train you).
Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 12:30 PM | 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Thursday until 7:30 PM)
- Friday: 7:15 AM – 2:30 PM
- No weekends (Occasional training events may be required)
This is a salary-based position (under 40 hours per week) with an uncapped bonus-earning potential for the right candidate.
