Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to achieve their health goals.
  • Order tests and supplements as needed.
  • Host patient calls via phone and Zoom, providing a seamless experience.
  • Manage patient communications, including texts, emails, and voicemails.
  • Coordinate with health coaches to schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Assist patients in applying for financial assistance and loans.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, supporting our team and patients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate patient needs.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:
