Pay:  $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

  • Patient Conversion: Engage with potential patients, particularly those considering cash payment options, by explaining the value of our services and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Financial Counseling: Provide clear guidance on payment options, insurance coverage, and financial assistance to ensure transparency in financial transactions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Optimize the provider’s schedule by managing appointments efficiently, reducing gaps, and maximizing patient flow.
  • Lead Conversion: Actively follow up with potential patients, respond to inquiries promptly, and schedule appointments to convert leads into loyal patients.

Back Office Duties:

  • Procedure Assistance: Support healthcare providers during medical procedures, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready for a smooth workflow.
  • Patient Preparation: Help patients feel comfortable by explaining procedures, answering questions, and creating a supportive environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Training in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage front-desk and back-office duties.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented attitude to ensure office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured environment.

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology or basic life support techniques.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling and maintaining records.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
