Work Schedule:
- 32hrs – 40hrs/week
- Monday: 12 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7 AM – 1:15 PM and 2:15 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:15 PM and 1:45 PM – 7:45 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 1 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a loyal and committed full-time Front Office Coordinator for a busy chiropractic clinic in Peoria, AZ. This position provides secretarial, administrative, and clinical support.

What You Will Do:
- Be cross-trained in all areas of the office and will be expected to rotate to all areas based on the needs of the clinic
- Oversee and participate in opening and closing responsibilities of the clinic ∙ Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Warmly welcome and interact with patients
- Answer all incoming calls and address questions or route them to the appropriate staff ∙ Schedule appropriate appointments and handle walk-in and emergency cases
- Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits
- Collect patient copays/deductibles at the time of service; inform patient of and collect outstanding balance; discuss and explain patient balance
- Daily follow-up to reschedule missed appointments ensuring patient compliance with treatment plan∙ Supply and assist patient with intake forms; ensure paperwork is fully completed
- Accurately register/update patient demographics in the EHR system
- Scan any patient-related documents into the EHR system’s appropriate location
- Verify that all services provided are accurately posted to the ledger and collected at the time of service
- Coordinate referrals
- Facilitate medical records requests
- Manage clinic supply inventory placing orders with various vendors as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control practices for patient lobby, common areas, work desk(s), etc.

What You Need:
- 2 or more years of previous medical office experience required
- Chiropractic, osteopathic, physical therapy, or orthopedic experience preferred
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
