Position: Front Desk Coordinator

Pay: $20 to $30 per hour
Location: Elmhurst, IL

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing scheduling and financial workflows. You’ll interact with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and assisting patients with inquiries
- Scheduling appointments for new and returning patients
- Collecting copays and processing financial transactions
- Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining pre-authorizations
- Submitting insurance claims and following up as needed
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (if not working Saturday) or 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (if working Saturday)
- Alternating Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a healthcare office (preferred)
