A well-established chiropractic practice in West Bend, WI is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join their high-energy, patient-focused team. This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $90,000, with a consistent patient flow of 225–275 adjustments per week. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday (full days) and Saturday (half day), with Fridays and Sundays off, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Core responsibilities include performing patient consultations, examinations, Reports of Findings, Recommendations for Care, and routine chiropractic adjustments. The role also involves re-exams, exercise instruction, and guidance on nutrition and supplements to support a full-spectrum wellness approach. The ideal candidate will be confident, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional care in a high-volume setting.
In addition to clinical duties, this position includes marketing responsibilities, such as internal workshops, external events (spinal screenings, corporate talks, networking), and digital outreach through social media and content creation. Ongoing professional development, including attendance at seminars, is encouraged to support growth.
