Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Newport, VT is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $110,000 and performance-based bonuses. The schedule consists of four full workdays per week, totaling 40 hours, with Sundays off to support a healthy work-life balance. The expected patient volume is 100 to 150 adjustments per week, providing a consistent and rewarding clinical experience.
The associate chiropractor will be responsible for patient consultations, examinations, Reports of Findings, and presenting Recommendations for Care. They will perform adjustments, re-exams, and recommend ongoing care tailored to patient needs. Additional duties include providing therapy and rehab services, offering exercise instruction, and participating in continuing education and seminars for professional development.
As part of a special promotion initiative, the associate will also lead a health workshop within the practice to further educate and engage patients. This is a great opportunity to connect more deeply with the community and enhance patient experience through informative, in-practice events.
