A thriving chiropractic practice in Aurora, CO is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 plus bonus opportunities, with strong potential for further income growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off, providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice sees a high patient volume, with the new chiropractor expected to adjust 250+ patients per week.
Key responsibilities include taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings, presenting Recommendations for Care, and developing Financial Plans with strong sales and closing skills. The role also involves patient consultations, examinations, regular chiropractic adjustments, and conducting re-exams to monitor patient progress. The chiropractor will recommend ongoing care plans, nutritional advice, supplements, and functional wellness strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
In addition to clinical duties, the Associate Chiropractor will participate in team meetings, assist with staff training sessions, and attend professional development seminars to foster continuous growth. Marketing efforts are an important part of the role, including organizing patient education workshops, generating internal referrals, conducting spinal screenings, delivering outside and corporate talks, networking in the community, and contributing to digital content creation and social media outreach.
