Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Sonora, CA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, with a relocation bonus available.
Duties include taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings and Recommendations for Care, conducting patient consultations and examinations, adjusting patients, conducting re-exams, recommending ongoing care, providing therapy and rehab, giving exercise instruction, and advising on nutrition and supplements. Professional development and seminar attendance are also part of the role.
The chiropractor will be adjusting approximately 200 to 250 patients per week. Proficiency in manual adjustments is required, with a strong emphasis on Gonstead, as patients specifically request this technique. Experience with Diversified and Drop techniques is also needed.
The typical work schedule includes full days Monday through Friday, with alternating half-day Saturdays. Sundays are off. Each doctor takes turns covering Saturdays, and there is flexibility to negotiate your schedule within these general guidelines.
