Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Baxter, MN is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, plus performance-based bonuses. The role requires working Monday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, providing an excellent work-life balance. The expected patient volume is 100-150 per week.
Key responsibilities include taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings and Recommendations for Care, presenting Financial Plans, conducting patient consultations and examinations, providing chiropractic adjustments, conducting re-examinations, recommending ongoing care, and maintaining clinical/patient care notes.
Marketing duties involve patients’ education, workshops, and internal referrals; conducting spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, and networking events; and participating in one to two marketing events per year.
