Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Carrollton, OH, is seeking a dedicated Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, along with additional bonus opportunities. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. This opportunity allows for a steady patient volume, with the chiropractor expected to adjust approximately 150 patients per week in a supportive and professional environment.
The Associate Chiropractor will be responsible for taking patient X-rays, performing Reports of Findings, and presenting Recommendations for Care. Additional duties include conducting thorough patient consultations and examinations, performing adjustments, re-exams, and recommending ongoing care tailored to each patient’s needs. The practice emphasizes a patient-centered approach, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality, personalized care to support their long-term health and wellness.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the chiropractor will take part in marketing efforts to help grow and strengthen the practice. These duties include leading patient education initiatives, conducting informative workshops, and managing internal referral programs to encourage patient retention and outreach.
