Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Dayton, TN is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus performance & collections-based bonuses. The role requires working 4-5 days a week, Monday through Friday, providing a great work-life balance. The expected patient volume is 150-200 per week.
Key responsibilities include performing patient X-rays, conducting Reports of Findings, providing Recommendations for Care, patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic adjustments. The chiropractor will also recommend ongoing care, provide therapy and rehab services, offer exercise instruction, and advise on nutrition, supplements, and functional medicine. Marketing duties include spinal screenings, outside talks, and networking events to expand the practice’s reach.
