Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Akron, OH is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join their dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing Reports of Findings and providing care recommendations. You will conduct patient consultations and examinations, deliver chiropractic adjustments, and perform re-exams. Additionally, you will recommend ongoing care and create individualized care plans. The position also involves providing therapy and rehab services, offering exercise instruction, and guiding patients on nutritional and supplement recommendations to support their healing and overall well-being.
Beyond patient care, you will play an important role in team development by conducting team meetings and facilitating training sessions. You will also be expected to pursue ongoing professional development by attending seminars and continuing education opportunities to stay at the forefront of the chiropractic field.
Your marketing responsibilities will include educating patients through workshops and internal referrals, as well as participating in spinal screenings, outside talks, corporate talks, and networking events. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the practice’s digital presence by engaging with social media and creating relevant content.
You will adjust approximately 150 to 200 patients per week, providing a manageable yet productive caseload that allows you to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of your patients.
