Job Description & Requirements
A thriving chiropractic practice in Campbell, CA is seeking a dedicated Associate Chiropractor to join their growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with full days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, a half day on Thursday, and Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing Reports of Findings, making recommendations for care, creating financial plans, and conducting patient consultations and examinations. You will also provide chiropractic adjustments, conduct re-exams, and offer ongoing care recommendations. Additionally, you will assist with therapy/rehab and recommend nutritional supplements as part of a holistic approach to patient care.
Your primary focus will be new patient intake, so strong communication skills are essential as you direct patients through their care process. You will also participate in team meetings to align on goals and share insights.
Marketing duties include educating patients through workshops, spinal screenings, networking events, and speaking at outside talks or corporate talks. You will also take part in occasional patient education events.
