Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Royersford, PA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join their dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, plus bonuses, and includes a relocation bonus to help with your transition.
In this role, you will take patient X-rays, perform reports of findings and make recommendations for care, including creating financial plans for patients. You will also adjust patients and recommend ongoing care to ensure their long-term health and wellness. Additionally, you will conduct team training sessions to foster a collaborative work environment and promote professional growth within the practice.
The position also involves marketing and community engagement, including educating patients through internal workshops, conducting spinal screenings, and participating in outside talks and corporate presentations. Networking within the community will also be essential to help grow the practice and attract new patients.
As an Associate Chiropractor, you will adjust approximately 200-250 patients per week. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday with full days, a half day on Friday, and weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
