Job Description & Requirements
A well-established chiropractic practice in Shelby, NC is seeking a dedicated Associate Chiropractor to join their thriving healthcare team. This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, with additional bonus potential. You will be responsible for performing Reports of Findings, making Recommendations for Care, conducting Patient Consultations and Examinations, providing Chiropractic Adjustments, and conducting Re-exams. The role also includes recommending Ongoing Care, managing Therapy/Rehab sessions, offering Exercise Instruction, and providing guidance on Nutrition/Supplements and Functional Medicine.
In addition to patient care, the Associate Chiropractor will participate in various marketing efforts to grow the practice. This includes leading Patient Education initiatives, hosting Workshops, encouraging Internal Referrals, and engaging in Spinal Screenings. You will also be involved in External Talks, Corporate Talks, and Networking events, with occasional external events to promote the practice and expand its reach.
