Job Description & Requirements
A well-established Lake in the Hills, Illinois practice is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join the team. This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 – $95,000 annually, plus bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday (full days) and Thursday through Saturday (half days), providing work-life balance while handling a busy patient load.
Your responsibilities will include adjusting patients, taking X-rays, conducting consultations and examinations, performing Reports of Findings, and making personalized care recommendations. You will also manage a patient volume of 150-200 patients per week and present financial plans.
In addition to patient care, you will engage in marketing and patient attraction efforts, including internal education, workshops, and referrals, as well as creating 1-2 social media videos per week. Occasional outside screenings may also be required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a passion for health and wellness, and strong communication skills. We are looking for a driven, proactive team player committed to delivering high-quality care and patient education. Experience with social media and community outreach is a plus.
