Position: Chiropractic Assistant/Spinal Decompression Technician
Job Type: Full -Time
Pay: $20 – $24 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Thursday -3:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Friday – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Saturday – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Sunday off
Main Responsibilities:
● Assist chiropractors in delivering spinal decompression therapy to patients
● Operate and maintain decompression equipment
● Educate patients on the benefits of spinal decompression therapy
● Monitor patient progress and comfort during treatment sessions
● Collaborate with our skilled team to ensure personalized, high-quality care
You Will Be Cross-Trained:
● To administer additional therapeutic treatments, including:
○ Laser Therapy (Class IV)
○ Soft Wave therapy
○ Show patients rehabilitation exercises (active stretching, resistance training)
● Set up and operate equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety
● Educate and support patients through their therapeutic journeys
Requirements:
● Strength in the ability to lift, push, and pull for spinal decompression setups on patients
● Basic knowledge of human anatomy and experience with exercises and stretching
● Minimum of two years of customer service experience
● Prior experience in a physical therapy setting or as an exercise trainer is a plus
● Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
● Attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
