Position: Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant

Pay: $22 to $24 per hour

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and dependable Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to help us provide exceptional service to our patients. If you’re an organized, positive person with great communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Hours: 

○ Monday: 6:30 am-12:00 pm & 2:15 pm-6:30 pm

○ Tuesday: 1x/month (Screening 7am-10am) & 1:00pm-5:15pm + rotation for BRF/Patient Dinners

○ Wednesday: 6:45 am-12:00 pm & 2:15 pm-6:30 pm

○ Thursday: 10:00 am-12:45 pm & 1:15 pm-5:15 pm

○ Friday: 6:45 pm – 1:00 pm

○ Occasional Saturday events (3-4/year) and evening workshops (6-8/year).

Key Responsibilities: 

Office Flow & Patient Management: You’ll manage the patient experience from the moment they walk in. Check-in patients, ensure smooth office flow and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Appointment Scheduling & Communication: Schedule and reschedule appointments, confirm arrivals and make reminder calls and emails for upcoming appointments.

Collaboration & Leadership: Lead the daily office huddle, help set the expectations for patient appointments, and manage special patient arrival details.

Organizational Tasks: Handle incoming calls, manage office transactions, and keep track of daily stats.

Promotions & Patient Engagement: Promote office events and services, ensuring patients are informed about specials, workshops, and health initiatives.

Time Management: Keep the office running on time, including managing no-show situations and overseeing the overall “state” of the office.

What We’re Looking For: 

● Enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly personality with a passion for helping others.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication skills—both in-person and over the phone.

● Prior customer service experience (experience in healthcare or chiropractic a plus!). ● Ability to learn and follow detailed office systems and scripts.

● A natural advocate of conservative, holistic health care.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare office is a plus.
  • Personal experience as a chiropractic patient is a bonus!
